Simple Service

The goal of prayerletters.com is to provide remarkable service, meaning that we hope you'll be so satisfied that you'll mention it to other missionaries, so we can serve them as well.

Our desire is to save you time and effort, so it's important that our service be simple. Sending your first mailing with us takes less than 15 minutes, and future letters will be even easier.

Simplicity doesn't end with making it easy to get your letters to us, though. We've put over a thousand hours into writing the software that we use to send your letters, and here are some of the other ways that this benefits you:

• Sending your mailing list. You can send us your mailing list in very nearly any format. Excel and TntMPD are the most common, but we also take Word labels, Word envelopes, Outlook exports, vCards, tab-separated files, comma-separated files, and numerous others. You don't need to do any special formatting in advance – we've written software that will do all the reformatting necessary for most lists.

• Updating your mailing list. As soon as we've imported your first mailing list, you can see it online and make changes any time of day. For future mailings, you can either use your online list, or you can send us a new list each time, if you prefer to make updates in a program like TntMPD, for example.

• Handling address changes and new supporters. If a letter bounces because someone has moved, or if you add someone to your mailing list, you can have us send them a copy of your latest letter with one extra click.

• Putting your letters online. If you have some supporters who prefer not to get printed letters, you can make them available online with a single click. Every time we send a letter for you, that letter will show up on your web site automatically.
