#10 Envelope Colors
For special mailings, or to establish your own style, you can replace our standard white envelope with a colored or textured envelope.
Other Sizes
In addition to regular #10 envelopes, we keep the following sizes in stock:
- 6 x 9 envelopes – for half-folded sheets of paper
- 9 x 12 envelopes – for magazines or unfolded sheets of paper (requires extra postage)
- #9 envelopes – the standard reply envelope size
For greeting cards, thank you cards, and photos, choose one of these sizes:
- A2 – 4¼ x 5½ cards (standard thank you card size), also available in red and green
- A4 – 4 x 6 photos or magnets
- A7 – 5 x 7 cards (standard greeting card size)
Window Envelopes
These envelopes are rarely used for prayer letters, but they're ideal for receipts and large, personalized ministry mailings.
Choose from the following sizes (all in white):
- #10 Window Envelope
- #10 Double Window Envelope (return address and delivery address)
- #9 Window Reply Envelope
Mail merge pricing is discounted with window envelopes, since we don't have to ensure that the letters and envelopes stay in the same order.

Ministry Donation Envelopes
If your ministry provides branded donation envelopes, we can keep them in stock or print the official design as needed.
