Here are some of the screens you'll see when using this site for your mailings.

The My Account page gives you easy access to all of the features of the web site. It also includes up-to-the-minute status of any mailings you have in process.
You'll send your letters to us from the Send a Mailing page. For most mailings, it will simply be a matter of pointing your web browser to your letter, your mailing list (optional), and then telling us if you want us to proofread your letter.
For more complicated mailings, you can also choose paper and envelope colors, along with reply envelope and response card options, or give us any other special instructions.
The Mailing List section of the site lets you make changes to your mailing list quickly and conveniently. This is also where you can have us send a copy of your latest letter to a new contact, or resend a letter if you get an address change.
If you prefer to manage your mailing list in a program like TntMPD and send us a new list with each letter, that works as well – choose whichever method you prefer.
