Most software allows you to save your file as a PDF. This is usually the best option to ensure that the printed version matches what you're expecting.
We recommend against using a separate program to create a PDF, unless it's made by Adobe. Nearly every other PDF creator we've seen has caused problems for people, particularly if it's free.
If you aren't sure how to create a PDF or want to send us the original file so we can make changes for you, we can work with any of the following programs:

Note: If you tend to use non-standard fonts, we may need you to send us a PDF if we don't have the fonts you used, and if they're not freely available.
